This is adjacent to the main entrance of the Purana Qila (Old Fort) built by Emperor Humayun. Apparently he was the only ruler from Delhi who declined to have the city named after him. The gentleman above collects the tickets for entry into the fort proper. He was hunched down, as if bored with all the history around him.
