Week Thirty One:
Day Two Hundred and Eight:
It's not the usual sort of burn but it is one that is just as painful, annoying and that should be avoided at all costs. And I thought you were my friends dear Brother Sun and....no wait it's Sister Moon that I prefer. You Sun are just and utter, utter, complete and total afjkaflds;fewa.
That's right and don't you forget it. I don't bring that sort of language out for just any old celestial body but you sun have irked me. I would press my cheeks against the window and wave my pale pale bottom at you except the neighbours tend to frown on that sort of behaviour. For some reason they like you with you bit glowing ball of life giving light and heat.
Ah but I know your game. You'll pretend to be everyone ones friend. Looking after them through the day. Keeping them toasty warm. Making sure there are plenty leaves on the trees for all the caterpillars but then you'll snap. You wont be able to take it and you'll explode into a flaming ball of fury and that is so bright that those in the future will have to wear shades. And who'll be laughing then?
And should you know who it will that is going to be laughing then write it on a postcard and send it eastward for the chance to win big big imaginary prizes.

One of my wife's favorite booths at Comic Con is run by this guy. They are from LA and have a great selection of clothing and jewelry that is "left of center".
They actually recognize us now, so when I asked to take a portrait of him, he obliged. I was using my flash and wanted the sharpness of it, and then wiggle it a little afterwards (the shutter stays open on these Lands when you have an external flash) but I ended up doing it too much and now it looks blurry.
I wish I would have peeled this one at the show, but live and learn.
Shot with a Polaroid Land 250 with Fuji FP-3000b instant film, negative extracted.
